Terms and Conditions for the Tempest x Conservancy Guardians Charity Prize Draw

1. Organizer

-The prize draw is organised by Tempest Guitars.

-Proceeds benefit Conservancy Guardians.

2. Ticket Purchase

-Paid entry: Each ticket costs £10 and can be purchased via www.tempestguitars.com. There is no limit to the number of paid entries.

-Free entry: No purchase is necessary to enter. Free entries are limited to one per person and can be submitted by emailing daisy@tempestguitars.com with your full name and contact details.

-All entries, whether paid or free, will be treated equally in the prize draw.

-All participants must be 18 years or older.

-Tickets are non-refundable.

3. Charitable Allocation

-The primary purpose of this prize draw is to raise funds for Conservancy Guardians.

-A portion of the proceeds will be allocated to cover essential expenses incurred by the organizer in the execution of the project. These expenses include, but are not limited to, transportation (flights) and some accommodation directly related to collecting materials and documenting the project. If you would like to opt out of your donation potentially contributing to these costs, an email may be sent to the organiser using the form submission option on the Tempest Guitars website.

-All other costs associated with the prize draw, including the creation of the prize guitar, have been fully self-funded by the organizer.

4. Prize Draw

-The prize draw will close on 03/04/2025.

-The draw will take place on 07/04/2025, and the winner will be selected randomly.

-The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.

5. Prize

-The first prize is one Tempest guitar hand-crafted by Daisy Tempest.

-The second prize is one limited edition print provided by Alex Walker.

-The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

-The prize guitar is awarded as a unique work of art and an instrument. It must not be sold, transferred, or auctioned for monetary gain. If the winner no longer wishes to keep the guitar, it must be returned to the maker, Daisy Tempest, at no cost to the winner.

6. Liability

-The organizer is not responsible for any technical issues affecting ticket purchases or prize delivery.

7. Privacy

-Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Regulatory Compliance

-The prize draw is conducted under the Gambling Act 2005 and adheres to the guidelines of the UK Gambling Commission.
